This product is also referred to as Potable water or Drinking Water sample. | Preparation Note: | Description • This sample is packaged in a 500 mL HDPE bottle containing approximately 500 mL of solution. • This sample should be stored at 18 - 20 ºC. • This sample is not preserved. Sample Preparation • This sample has been prepared as a whole volume standard and is ready to analyze as received. • Recap immediately after use. • Shake sample well prior to opening. • Analyze for pH first. Then shake the sample again and analyze per your normal laboratory procedures for residue. • The suspended solids may settle over a time period. It is recommended that you shake the sample prior to every use. |
