| Preparation Note: | Description This PT sample is packaged as a 1.5 mL concentrate. The solvent for this sample is acetone. The PT sample is not preserved. Sample Preparation- PLEASE REFER TO YOUR INSTRUCTION PACKET FOR LATEST INSTRUCTIONS 1) Fill a 1000 mL Class A Volumetric Flask with 950 mL of organic free reagent water. 2) Allow the amule concentrate to equilibrate to room temperature. 3) Open the ampule PE1212-2ML and pipet exactly 1.0 mL of the concentrate into the flask. 4) Bring the flask to volume with reagent water. 5) Stopper the flask and mix well. 6) This represents the sample for analysis. |
