General description: | Organotins in Water - WP proficiency testing material is produced in accordance with ISO/IEC 17043:2010. Preparation Note: | Description • This PT sample is packaged as a 1.5 mL concentrate. • The solvent for this sample is methanol. • The PT sample is not preserved. • The sample must be stored at 4 ºC. • Analyte concentration range 0.5 to 50 ng/L Preparation Instructions • Allow the ampule concentrate to equilibrate to room temperature. • Fill a 1000 mL Class A Volumetric Flask with 950 mL of organic-free reagent water. • Open the ampule PE1566-2ML and pipet exactly 1.0 mL of the concentrate into the flask. • Bring the flask to volume with reagent water. • Stopper the flask and mix well. This represents the sample for analysis. |
