General description: | SpheriCal™ is a dendrimer-based MALDI calibration kit providing 4 monodisperse mass signals per kit for efficient, highly accurate calibration. By combining excellent long-term stability with evenly-spaced calibration points, SpheriCal™ helps users increase the frequency and quality of their MALDI-MS calibrations. With a shelf life of years and each kit offering at least 100 calibration spots, SpheriCal™ offers a reliable and accurate calibration across a large mass range, without the shelf-life and storage issues associated with protein or peptide-based systems. Mass ranges available: i. SpheriCal™ Mix Peptide Low (m/z 500 - 1,600) ii. SpheriCal™ Mix Peptide Medium (m/z 1,600 - 3,500) iii. SpheriCal™ Mix Peptide High (m/z 3,500 - 7,500) iv. SpheriCal™ Mix Protein Low (m/z 7,500 - 15,000) v. SpheriCal™ Mix Protein Medium (m/z 15,000 - 30,000) SpheriCal™ Mix: quick and easy to use - just add solvent. As calibration standard, matrix and counter ion are pre-mixed in optimized ratios, SpheriCal™ Mix dramatically expedites sample preparation for calibration in minutes. SpheriCal™ Mix DCTB is pre-formulated with DCTB matrix for a robust calibration solution offering high signal intensity with lower laser power. DCTB matrix is a commonly used matrix in the analysis of a wide variety of synthetic polymers. Find more information here SpheriCal™ ![]() |
