Biochem/physiol Actions: Enalaprilat is an inhibitor of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), antihypertensive, and a Bradykinin B1 receptor activator. Enalaprilat has nM potency versus ACE and also activates B1 receptors to release NO.
