Application: | Calcium oxide is used: • As a catalyst during the transesterification of palm oil to produce biodiesel. • In the inactivation of Cryptosporidium spp. oocysts and Giardia spp. Cysts from WTS (water treatment sludge). • In combination with PAA (peracetic acid) to increases the biogas production potential of cow manure and maize straw. |
