General description: | Silver sulfate (Ag2SO4) is a disilver(I) salt of sulfuric acid. It participates in the TiO2-assisted photooxidation of substituted benzyltrimethylsilanes in acetonitrile. Diarylethanes were obtained in 50-74% yields. |
