Application: | Atto 495 is a new label for proteins and oligo-nucleotides with high molecular absorption (80.000) and quantum yield (0.45) as well as sufficient stoke’s shift (excitation maximum 495 nm, emission maximum 527 nm). Atto 495 is characterized by a high photostability and thermostability. It is slightly hydrophilic, and solubility in polar solvents as DMF or DMSO is high. |
Application: | Atto fluorescent labels are designed for high sensitivity applications, including single molecule detection. Atto labels have rigid structures that do not show any cis-trans-isomerization. Thus these labels display exceptional intensity with minimal spectral shift on conjugation. |
