Cell Line Description: ESO26 was established from a primary tumour located in the gastroesophageal junction and distal oesophagus of a 56 year-old Caucasian male in 2000 involving lymph nodes and distant metastases. ESO26 was found to be tumourigenic in female NMRI nude mice or NOD-SCID mice.
Cell Line Origin: Adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction
Culture Medium: RPMI-1640 + 2 mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
