Cell Line Description: | Derived from kidneys taken from New Zealand white rabbits. The cells are susceptible to a range of viruses including rubella, vaccinia and herpes. Rubella replicates to a high titre. |
Culture Medium: | Medium 199 + 2 mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). |
