Application:

Reconstruction the feedback regulation of amino acid metabolism to develop a non-auxotrophic L-threonine producing Corynebacterium glutamicum.: This research utilizes L-Threonine as an internal standard for the detection and optimize the production of L-Threonine on genetically modifying Corynebacterium glutamicum aiming at more sustainable and cost-effective bio-manufacturing processes (Liu et al., 2024 ).
