Enhanced Validation-By Independent Antibodies Immunofluorescence. HepG2 cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 1:500 Anti-l-Afadin antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. A0349) (A). The antibody developed using 1:50 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-FITC conjugate antibody, and 1:500 Anti-l/s-Afadin antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. A0224) (B). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, FITC Conjugate antibody. Results Two Anti-l/s-Afadin antibodies, A0349 (A) and A0224 (B) target different regions of l/s-Afadin show similar staining profiles between the two antibodies, demonstrating Independent Antibody Verification.
Immunohistochemistry Frozen sections, acetone fixed Mouse liver were stained with 1:1,000 Anti-l-Afadin antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. A0349), followed by 1:50 Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-FITC antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. F9887).
Western Blotting Whole extract of Rat brain S1 were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Anti-l-Afadin antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. A0349). The antibody was developed using 1:10,000 Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Peroxidase antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. A0545).
