Goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific)–alkaline phosphatase antibody reacts specifically with mouse IgG Fc fragment, IgG and its subclasses IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 but not with human IgG, and mouse IgA or IgM. |
