Immunofluorescence Mouse spleen cells probed and developed using 1:50 Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule)-Biotin antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. B8520) followed by 1:200 Avidin-FITC from egg white (Cat. No. A2050).

Application: Avidin-FITC from egg white has been used in:
• flow cytometry
• double immunostaining
• double immunofluorescence
• immunnohistochemistry

Application: To determine the amount of labeled polyclonal IgG present in spores in an IgG prep. A known concentration of FITC avidin from egg white and biotin-IgG avidin was used in excess at 300nm.
