Immunohistochemistry Formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded Human appendix tissue sections were stained with 1:400 Monoclonal Anti-Actin, α-Smooth Muscle, Clone: 1A4 (Cat. No. A2547) followed by 1:600 Anti-Mouse IgG (Fab specific)-Biotin (Cat. No. B0529) and by 20 μg/mL Avidin-FITC from egg white (Cat. No. A2050).
