Application: Anti-Goat IgG (whole molecule) Agarose antibody produced in rabbit has been used in protein purification, immunoprecipitation/chromatin immunoprecipitation assay.
Application: c-RET was immunoprecipitated from overexpressing MDCK cells using agarose-linked rabbit anti-goat IgG. Homogenates were incubated with conjugated beads for 2 hours on ice.
