General description: | CORO1A is a WD-repeat protein that has been implicated in Mycobacterium leprae infection. Studies have reported that CORO1A localizes on the membrane of phagosomes that contain M. leprae, where Toll-like receptor (TLR) 2 is also present. CORO1A suppresses TLR-mediated signaling in human macrophages. Rabbit Anti-CORO1A recognizes bovine, rat, rabbit, mouse, human, and canine CORO1A. |
