General description: ZNF444 codes for a zinc finger protein that stimulates the transcription of a scavenger receptor gene. This subsequently plays a role in the breakdown of acetylated low density lipoprotein (Ac-LDL). The EWSR1-ZNF444 fusion gene has been implicated in myoepithelial carcinomas of soft tissues.
Rabbit Anti-ZNF444 antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, canine, and bovine ZNF444.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminal region of human ZNF444
Physical form: Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
