| Application: | Bromelain may be used to inhibit the biosysnthesis of proinflammatory prostaglandins. It may be used to reduce clotting efficiency. Bromelain, from pineapple stem, has been used to make enzymatic hydrolysates of honeybee-collected pollen . |
