Frozen sections of mouse spleen stained for (M & m) B cells using Goat Anti-Mouse IgM Biotin conjugate (Cat. No. B9265) and for (N & n) L3T4 (helper/inducer T cells) using Goat Anti-Rat IgG Biotin conjugate (Product No. B 7139). Visualized using ExtrAvidin-peroxidase (Cat. No. E2886), DAB and nickel chloride, then counterstained with methyl green. "m" (100X) of the rectangular area in "M" (40X) shows germinal center formation. "n" (100X) of the rectangular area in "N" (40X) shows involvement of helper T cells in the germinal center formation. From W. Lee, Finch Univ. of Health Science, Chicago Med. School, Dept. General description: IgGs are glycoprotein antibodies that modulate several immune responses. Rat IgGs have four subclasses, namely, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG2c. Rat IgGs against target proteins are often used as primary antibodies in various research applications. Thus, secondary anti-rat IgG is a useful tool for the analysis of target proteins
Anti-Rat IgG (whole molecule)-Biotin antibody binds to all rat immunoglobulins.

New Tariffs & Effects on Pricing

Tariff note: As we navigate the current environment of tariff surcharges and mid-year manufacturer price increases, we want to keep you informed. While we have avoided making specific decisions thus far, we anticipate that we will be forced to implement a cost adjustment policy to offset the fees we have already been absorbing.
