Immunofluorescence Chicken fibroblasts cells were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by aceton. Fixed cells were stained with 1:100,000 Monoclonal Anti-β-Tubulin I antibody produced in Mouse, Clone: SAP.4G5 (Cat. No. T7816). The antibody was developed using 1:500 Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule) F(ab′)2 fragment-Cy3 antibody produced in Sheep (Cat. No. C2181) followed by 1 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-Cy3/Cy5-Biotin antibody produced in Mouse, Clone: CY-96 (Cat. No. C3117) and by 1:200 ExtrAvidin®-Cy3 (Cat. No. E4142).
