| Preparation Note: | RPMI 1640 (R0883) + 2mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 10% FBS (F2442) . To help establish a culture the concentration of FBS can be increased to 20%. |
| Preparation Note: | When resuscitating from frozen, cells should be seeded at 0.5 x 106 cells/ml in the culture medium. The culture should establish log phase growth after 3-5 days. When growing well dilute every 1-3 days to 3 x 105 cells/ml. Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 105 cells/ml for maximum growth; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells form floating aggregates of varying size. |
