| Preparation Note: | RPMI 1640 (R0883) + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum + 2mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 1.8 mMolar Sodium Pyruvate(NaP) (S8636) . Cryopreserve cells in culture medium with cells with 10% sterile-filtered Fetal Bovine Serum and 10% Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO).This cell line was developed and has historically been shown to be successfully cultured in horse serum, but modern lots of this line have been optimized for and are supplied in fetal bovine serum. |
