| Application: | SIGMAFAST™ DAB with Metal Enhancer has been used in the visualization of lung tissue sections using immunohistochemistry, dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons and immunohistochemical staining for collagen in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) cells. |
| Application: | The DAB reaction is enhanced by the addition of CoCl2 and produces a more intense stain which is resistant to alcohol. |
