| Application: | Desipramine hydrochloride has been used: • to prevent norepinephrine neuron degeneration and to maximize uptake into DA neurons • to protect unselective damage to the noradrenergic system • as a norepinephrine re-uptake inhibitor to treat rats for lesioning |
