Immunofluorescence Staining of DNMT1 Nuclear localization
COS7 cells were stained with Rabbit Anti-DNMT1 (Cat. No. D4567) at a 1:200 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit-FITC conjugate (A). For nuclear localization, the cells were further stained with DAPI (B).

Consistent with the role of DNA methylation in gene silencing, DNMT1 can associate with HDAC1 and MECP2 (methyl CpG binding protein 2). |
