Application: Dronedarone hydrochloride has been used as an anti-arrhythmic drug to assess its impact in P19C5 embryoid bodies (EBs). It has also been used to determine its antiviral potency.
Biochem/physiol Actions: Dronedarone is a Class III antiarrhythmic and a multi-channel blocker for atrial fibrillation.
