Immunohistochemistry Staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human appendix sections with 1:400 Monoclonal Anti-Actin, α-Smooth Muscle, Clone 1A4 (Cat. No. A2547) followed by 1:300 Anti-Mouse IgG (Fab specific)–Biotin (Cat. No. B7151). The detection was done using 5 μg/mL ExtrAvidin®–R-Phycoerythrin (Cat. No. E4011).
