Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized methanol followed by methanol:acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 1:100 Rabbit Anti-Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor-1 (Cat. No. F5421). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Western Blotting Whole extract of 293-T cells transfected w/FGFR-1 were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Anti-Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor-1 antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. F5421).
