Immunofluorescence Human HEK-293T cells over-expressing N-Terminal Flag tagged fusion protein were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 1.6 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-FLAG® (Cat. No. F7425). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
