IgG also modulates complement-mediated cell lysis . IgG-FITC from human serum does not react with purified human IgA, IgG, IgM, and Bence Jones κ and lambda myeloma proteins. Additionally, the product does not react with serum from rat, goat, rabbit, guinea pig, and mouse. |
