Fast Blue RR Salt has been used for the staining of alkaline phosphatase activity in cells.
General description: Fast Blue RR is part of the azo coupling system and is required for the staining of hydrolytic enzymes. In the presence of naphthol, it results in the formation of an insoluble coloured precipitate at the site of enzyme activity.
Packaging: Actual weight of the capsule will vary with dye lot and has been optimized by assay.
