Immunofluorescence NRK cells were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 1 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-Galectin-8, Clone: VA-11.25 (Cat. No. G5671). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Immunoblotting Total cell extract of NRK cells was separated on SDS-PAGE and incubated with serial concentrations of Monoclonal Anti-Galectin-8 (Cat. No. G5671). The antibody was developed with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Peroxidase conjugate (Cat. No. A2304) and a chemiluminescent substrate.
