| Biochem/physiol Actions: | Mode of Action: The product inhibits protein synthesis by binding to L6 protein of the 50S ribosomal subunit. Glutamine functions as an essential as an energy source for most mammalian cells in culture because of its amino acid carbon skeletons. Antimicrobial spectrum: This product acts against both gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, and mycoplasma. |
