While the silicone gaskets affixed to wells may be re-used multiple times, their lifespan may be shortened by washing conditions, repeated autoclaving and prolonged exposure to harsher types of chemicals. Therefore, replacement gaskets are available and may be easily positioned and applied to the chambers after simply peeling the old gasket off and throwing it away. |
