| Application: | Agarose with Low electroendosmosis (EEO) is recommended for most DNA/RNA applications. If separated nucleic acids are to be used as substrates for enzymes (e.g., ligase and restriction endonucleases), a special highly purified Agarose such as Agarose NA should be used. For preparative work, an Agarose with Low gelling temperature should be used. Agarose Prep has Low melting and gelling points. |
