| General description: | Chelating Sepharose™ Fast Flow is a BioProcess IMAC medium, designed for purifying native and recombinant proteins and peptides that have an affinity for metal ions. Chelating Sepharose™ Fast Flow is composed of cross-linked 6% agarose beads modified with iminodiacetic immobilized to the base matrix by stable ether linkages and sufficiently long spacer arms. Chelating Sepharose™ Fast Flow is supplied free of metal ions, allowing the user to charge it with the most appropriate metal ion for purification of a target protein. Chelating Sepharose™ Fast Flow is available in a range of different bulk pack sizes for easy scale-up and process development. As member of the BioProcess media range, Chelating Sepharose™ Fast Flow meets industrial demands with security of supply and comprehensive technical and regulatory support |
