Enhanced Validation-By Independent Antibodies Immunofluorescence. 3T3 cells were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 2 μg/mL Anti-Histone H3 (N-terminal) antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. H9289) (A). The antibody developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, FITC conjugate antibody, and 1:250 Anti-Histone H3 antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. H0164) (B). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, FITC conjugate antibody. Results Two Anti-Histone H3 antibodies, H9289 (A) and H0164 (B), target different regions of Histone H3 show similar staining profiles between the two antibodies, demonstrating Independent Antibody Verification.
Immunofluorescence Nuclear localization of histone H3 in HeLa cells. Fixed cells were stained with 4 μg/mL Anti-Histone H3 N-terminal (Cat. No. H9289), followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, FITC conjugate (×40 magnification). Actin staining with phalloidin rhodamine conjugate.
Immunoblotting Cell lysates were separated on SDS-PAGE and blotted with Anti-Histone H3 (N-terminal) (Cat. No. H9289). The antibody was developed with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Peroxidase conjugate (Cat.
