Alteration in this gene is observed in paediatric T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma patients. Deletion of this gene along with several other genes from Xp11.4-Xp21.1 is seen in leukocyte-derived DNA from a patient suffering from chronic granulomatous disease. |
