| Biochem/physiol Actions: | Splicing factor, arginine/serine-rich 15 (SCAF4) has been proposed to regulate splicing. p63, a p53 family member, interacts with SCAF4. This interaction has been suggested to be significant for splicing of fibroblast growth factor receptor-2 isoforms. SCAF4 polymorphism is associated with diabetic nephropathy. |
