Enhanced Validation-Orthogonal RNAseq Confirmation Immunohistochemistry analysis in human gallbladder and lymph node tissues using HPA040376 antibody. Corresponding TOX3 RNA-seq data are presented for the same tissues.
ChIP-Exo-Seq composite graph for Anti-TOX3 (HPA040376, Lot 000041382) tested in K562 cells. Strand-specific reads (blue: forward, red: reverse) and IgG controls (black: forward, grey: reverse) are plotted against the distance from a composite set of reference binding sites. The antibody exhibits robust target enrichment compared to a non-specific IgG control and precisely reveals its structural organization around the binding site. Data generated by Prof. B. F. Pugh´s Lab at Cornell University. *Please note not all antibody batches are validated for use in ChIP applications.
Immunohistochemistry Immunohistochemical staining of human Gallbladder shows strong nuclear positivity in glandular cells.
Immunohistochemistry Immunohistochemical staining of human Cerebral cortex shows moderate nuclear positivity in neuronal cells.
Immunohistochemistry Immunohistochemical staining of human Stomach shows moderate nuclear positivity in glandular cells.
Immunohistochemistry Immunohistochemical staining of human Lymph node shows no positivity in non-germinal center cells as expected.
Immunohistochemistry Immunohistochemical staining of human Skeletal muscle shows no positivity in myocytes as expected.

Application: Anti-TOX3 antibody produced in rabbit has been used in immunohistochemistry.
Biochem/physiol Actions: TOX high mobility group box family member 3 (TOX3) interacts with cAMP response element (CRE)-binding protein (CREB) and CREB-binding protein (CBP) and regulates calcium-dependent transcription in neurons. Overexpression or mutation of the gene is associated with the development and progression of breast cancer.
Disclaimer: Unless otherwise stated in our catalog or other company documentation accompanying the product(s), our products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for any other purpose, which includes but is not limited to, unauthorized commercial uses, in vitro diagnostic uses, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic uses or any type of consumption or application to humans or animals.
Features and Benefits: Prestige Antibodies® are highly characterized and extensively validated antibodies with the added benefit of all available characterization data for each target being accessible via the Human Protein Atlas portal linked just below the product name at the top of this page. The uniqueness and low cross-reactivity of the Prestige Antibodies® to other proteins are due to a thorough selection of antigen regions, affinity purification, and stringent selection. Prestige antigen controls are available for every corresponding Prestige Antibody and can be found in the linkage section.

Every Prestige Antibody is tested in the following ways:
• IHC tissue array of 44 normal human tissues and 20 of the most common cancer type tissues.
• Protein array of 364 human recombinant protein fragments.
General description: The TOX high mobility group box family member 3 (TOX3) gene with seven exons, is mapped to human chromosome 16q12. The encoded protein is mainly expressed in brain and breast. TOX3 includes a high mobility group box (HMG-box) domain and a C- terminal polyglutamine stretch.
Immunogen: TOX high mobility group box family member 3 recombinant protein epitope signature tag (PrEST)

New Tariffs & Effects on Pricing

Tariff note: As we navigate the current environment of tariff surcharges and mid-year manufacturer price increases, we want to keep you informed. While we have avoided making specific decisions thus far, we anticipate that we will be forced to implement a cost adjustment policy to offset the fees we have already been absorbing. We are committed to transparency and moderation in this process.
