ELISA Monoclonal Anti-Human IgM (μ-chain specific) antibody produced in Mouse, Clone: MB-11 (Cat. No. I6385), followed by 1:1,000 Anti-Mouse IgG (Fab specific)-Peroxidase antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No A9917), was serially diluted to detect Human IgM by indirect ELISA. Reactivity is observed only with Human IgM but not with HuIgG, HuIgA, Kappa and Lambda.
