| Application: | Technical grade sheep IgG may be used as an economical alternative to the reagent grade immunoglobulins, in applications where high purity is not required. Sheep IgG was used as negative control in 293T cells (human embryonic kidney cells) and Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) cells at a working antibody dilution of 1:40. |
