| Biochem/physiol Actions: | Mutations in LOK (lymphocyte-oriented kinase) are linked with the anti-apoptotic effects leading to carcinogenesis. It functions as an ERM (ezrin-radixin-moesin) kinase and thereby regulates cytoskeletal organization and lymphocyte migration. It can phosphorylate PLK1 (polo-like kinase 1). |
