Application:	6α-Methylprednisolone has been used: • to stimulate RPMI 8226.1 cells in order to govern the expression of human interleukin-10 (IL-10) gene • to induce depletion of CD14⁺ CD16⁺ monocytes • to study its effect on behavioral and sensory afferent hypersensitivity
