Enhanced Validation-By Independent Antibodies Immunohistochemistry. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded Pig tongue sections stained with 1:40 Anti-Myosin (Skeletal) antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. M7523) (A). The antibody was developed using Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-FITC antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. F9887), and 1:20 Anti-Myosin (Skeletal, Fast) antibody, Mouse monoclonal, Clone: DE-U-10 (Cat. No. SAB4200707) (B). The antibody was developed using Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG-Cy3 conjugate antibody. Results Two Anti-Myosin antibodies, D8281 (A) and SAB4200707 (B), target different regions of Myosin show similar staining profiles between the two antibodies, demonstrating Independent Antibody Verification.
