| General description: | CUTAG CPG from Proligo® Reagents is a universal CPG, i.e. comprises a universal linker ("UnyLinker"). It can be utilized as a substitute for traditional nucleoside-loaded CPG during the synthesis of any oligonucleotide sequence, regardless of the 3’-end nucleoside.The CUTAG CPG can be utilized under standard conditions and reagents used for synthesizing oligonucleotides with nucleoside-loaded CPG. The key distinction in using Proligo Reagent’s CUTAG CPG for oligonucleotide preparation is that the 3’-base of the oligonucleotide to be synthesized is not connected to the support. This base needs to be incorporated in the initial synthesis cycle on the CUTAG support. |
