Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by aceton. Fixed cells were stained with 10 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-MRP1 Clone: QCRL-1 (Cat. No. M9067). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
