| General description: | QCAL was designed using the QconCAT technology and recombinantly expressed in E. coli. The parent protein sequence of QCAL is as follows: MGALRVFDEFKPLVEEPQNLIRVFD QCAL was subsequently digested with trypsin to give a core mixture of 22 peptides. |
