| Application: | NSCI has been used as an apoptosis inhibitor to study its effects on caspase 9 activity in cultured tick cells. It has also been used as an apoptosis inhibitor in terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL) assay to study anti-CD3-induced apoptosis in the cluster of differentiation 4 (CD4+) and cluster of differentiation 8 (CD8+) T cells from pleural effusions, mononuclear cells (PEMCs). |
