Immunofluorescence
NGF-differentiated PC12 cells were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by methanol:aceton. Fixed cells were stained with 1:500 Rabbit Anti-Nerve Growth Factor Receptor (NGFR p75) (Cat. No. N3908). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, FITC conjugate.
